4. AI transformation services

PhotonX may offer AI transformation videos, creator tools, or other digital services.

When using these services, you are responsible for providing clear and appropriate instructions, images, videos, or other materials.

You confirm that you have the right to use and upload any content you provide to PhotonX.

We may refuse requests that are unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, or violate the rights of others.

5. Uploaded photos, videos, and content

If you upload photos, videos, or other materials, you keep ownership of your content.

You give PhotonX permission to use the uploaded content only to create, review, process, and deliver the requested service.

We will not publicly post your uploaded content unless you choose a public feature option or give us permission.

You must not upload content that:

- You do not have permission to use
- Violates someone else’s rights
- Contains illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful material
- Is intended to deceive, harass, impersonate, or harm another person

6. Public features and social media

PhotonX may offer optional features where users can request to be featured on our TikTok, Instagram, website, or other social channels.

We will only post user transformation content publicly if the user chooses this option or gives permission.

PhotonX may decide not to publish submitted content for any reason, including quality, safety, brand fit, or legal concerns.

7. Orders and payments

If PhotonX offers paid products or services, prices will be shown before checkout.

Payments may be processed through Shopify or another secure payment provider.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and pay the displayed price.

We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, misuse, or a request we cannot fulfill.

8. Delivery of digital services

Digital services may require manual review, creative work, or AI processing.

Estimated delivery times shown on the website are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer depending on request complexity, media quality, workload, or technical issues.

AI-generated outputs may vary and may not always match your expectations exactly.

PhotonX does not guarantee that every result will be perfect, identical to a reference, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish any delivered content.

12. Third-party services

PhotonX may use third-party services such as Shopify, Mailjet, analytics tools, payment providers, or social media platforms.

These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

PhotonX is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control.

13. Limitation of liability

PhotonX provides the website and services on an “as available” basis.

We do our best to keep the website and services working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results.
